Very Important

I want to be able to pee from the end of my penis in a standing position. This requires a Urethral Lengthening Procedure which is associated with a 20% risk of urethral stricture or fistula.

Not important

I am okay sitting to pee. My urethra will stay the way it now. We will not perform a urethral lengthening procedure. This will avoid the 20% risk of stricture or fistula associated with this procedure.
