Erotic sensation is not necessary

Comment about sensation: You have confirmed that erotic sensation of the phalloplasty is not necessary for you. Though many people will have feeling of their phalloplasty penis, the sensation is more like regular skin of the arm. Some men may have an erotic sensation of the phalloplasty, but this cannot be guaranteed. If this sounds in line with your goals, please continue to the next question.

Natural erections are necessary
