Comment about Avoiding Testicle Insertion: Avoiding testicle implants simplifies things. You can still have a scrotum. You can still opt for testicles later.
During a second stage surgery about 6 months after the metoidioplasty we would perform mons reduction. This means removing the small fat pad that is above the penis in the pubic hair area. This helps the penis "show" better. At the same time we can do any other "touch-up" surgery that is needed.
