Comment about Testicle Insertion: Avoid testicle implants simplifies things and allows you to skip scrotum creation, consistent with your stated wishes.

During a second stage surgery about 6 months after the metoidioplasty we would perform mons reduction. This means removing the small fat pad that is above the penis in the pubic hair area. This helps the penis "show" better.  At the same time we can do any other "touch-up" surgery that is needed.
