Comment about No Scrotum Creation: The scrotum is created using skin from your outer fold. This is done at the time of the metoidioplasty. By avoiding scrotum creation, you have the option of keeping your outer fold skin or having us remove it. Because you will not have a scrotum, it is impossible to insert testicles.
